Refunds - If for any reason you want to cancel or change your order a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted off your refund. This covers payment processing fees, time spent preparing your order, and the fact that we’ve been holding the animal for you instead of another potential buyer. Once the animal is shipped there will be no refunds.
We offer a 7-day health guarantee on every animal. All our animals are 100% healthy and thriving. If your animal exhibits any signs of poor health within the 7 days, you must Contact Us immediately so we can help remedy the issue. Failure to do so will void the guarantee. It is your responsibility to provide proper care and husbandry. Failure to provide this will void the health guarantee. As a best practice for maintaining reptile health, we strongly recommend quarantining any new animals for at least 30 days before introducing them to your existing collection.
Gecko Tails/Kinks
Geckos may drop their tails from time to time. Most often when stressed. This is a natural occurrence and does not devalue the gecko in any way. We are not responsible if tails are dropped or kinked / wavy during shipping.
Sexing - All animals labeled as male or female have confirmed sexes. Those marked as probable or unsexed have not been confirmed.
Hot Sauce - Please note that all sales are final once checkout is completed, due to the sanitary handling requirements of food products.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting us at sales@evolverreptiles.com prior to shipping.
In the event that any bottles arrive damaged during transit, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. Kindly email us with clear photos of the shipping label, the outer package, and the damaged items so we may promptly assist you.

Our hot sauces are made with carefully selected ingredients, including some of the hottest peppers available. By purchasing and/or consuming our products, you acknowledge the extreme heat level and agree to use them responsibly.
Evolver Reptiles is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or misuse of this product. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not consume if you have a medical condition that may be affected by spicy foods. Use at your own risk.
Payment Plans
30 Day Payment Plan on Animals $299 and Over - To place an animal on hold, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures the animal for 30 days, during which the remaining balance must be paid. Payments can be made at any time within the 30-day period, and the 25% deposit will be applied toward the total cost. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable as it is required to hold your order and secure the animals specifically for you. Send us an email if you would like to place an animal on hold at sales@evolverreptiles.com.
