Small juvenile snails are active, curious, and fun to watch as they explore, climb, burrow, and forage. They can be kept in a properly maintained land-snail enclosure, make interesting educational animals, great addition to bioactive enclosures or as a treat for reptiles.
What You Get:
- 5 captive-bred small juvenile Garden Snails approximately ½–¾ inches
- Scientific Name: Cornu aspersum, Helix aspersa
- Diet: Leafy greens, vegetables, quality snail food & calcium
Your snails will be individually selected from our captive-bred colony. Shell colors, patterns, and banding naturally vary, making every snail a little different.
They may arrive dormant where their flesh is retracted in their shell. They just need a light rinse by running them gently underwater for a few seconds, which will bring them out of hibernation.
Important: Juvenile snails will grow, and mature snails can reproduce. If keeping multiple snails together, be prepared for the possibility of eggs and additional offspring.
Never release captive snails or eggs outdoors into the wild.
