Flat Rate Overnight Shipping is $39.99. All our reptiles are professionally shipped Priority Overnight through Reptiles Express. We recommend shipping to your closest Fed Ex hub and " Hold for Pickup".  We will provide you with the closest FedEx Ship Center address. If you choose to have your animals shipped to your home, there will be no Live Arrival or Health Guarantee.   We ship with insulated boxes, tamper proof tape and use heat and cold packs as needed and all our packages are shipped for 48 hrs.  Shipping temps are between 40F to 90F. We ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii. We can ship to Alaska however there is limited FedEx service.  We can ship to the following cities: Anchorage, Fairbanks, Eagle River, Chugiak, Kenai, Soldotna and Homer. Shipping to any of these cities will be a flat rate of $89 only to your FedEx Hub for pickup. We are only shipping Tuesdays and Wednesday's weather permitting. We will hold and care for your animal as we have been until weather permits. We will not ship until both parties agree on a shipping date.


International Shipping - We can ship all non-Cites animals to Canada (Crested Geckos, Chahoua geckos and Blue Tongue Skinks). Total Cost is $350. We will only ship your animals when there is a group shipment scheduled by Reptiles Express. We will hold and care for your animal(s) until weather permits.  We ship to Reptiles Express in GA they do the inspection with USFW and then they ship it to their partner in Toronto who then ships to you. We do not ship to other countries, but you may purchase through our website, and we can ship your animal(s) to a third-party service that will export them for you. However, we do not offer our Live Arrival Guarantee or 7 Day Health Guarantee on international shipments. Email us regarding international shipments before purchasing. 


WEATHER DELAYS - Please understand that we cannot control weather delays during times of extreme heat and cold. We will not put the animal's life in danger by shipping. We want you to receive the highest quality animal. We will hold and care for the animal as we have been and ship as soon as the weather permits. 



All animals shipped to a Fedex Hub have a Live Arrival Guarantee. FedEx tracking will indicate when animal is ready for pickup. The animal must be picked up within four hours of this notification or Live Arrival Guarantee is void. If your shipment is D.O.A. you must Contact Us immediately or within 1 hour of the shipment being picked up from the hub.  A photo of the animal time stamped will be required.  If you choose to have your animals shipped to your home, there will be no Live arrival or health guarantee. All live animal purchases are final. 


REFUNDS - We want you to receive your animal(s) as quickly as possible. However, we prioritize the animal's well-being first. If you don't agree please do not place an order. Any refunds given for shipping delays due to weather or you want to cancel your order will be charged a $50 refund fee. If you purchase an animal and want to change your order, there will be a $50 fee. Once the animal is shipped there will be no refund.


We offer a 7-day health guarantee on every animal that is shipped to the hub. All our animals are 100% healthy and thriving. If your animal exhibits any signs of poor health within the 7 days, you must Contact Us immediately so we can help remedy the issue. Failure to do so will void the guarantee. It is the customers responsibility to provide a proper habitat, diet, temperature and humidity. Failure to provide this will void the health guarantee.



Geckos will drop their tails from time to time. Most often when stressed. This is a natural occurrence and does not devalue the gecko in any way. We are not responsible if tails are dropped or kinked during shipping. 

All Geckos are considered UNSEXED unless they are confirmed as Male or Female in their description.



We will hold your animal for a $100 non-refundable deposit for 30 days or $200 non-refundable deposit for 60 days. We will hold your animal for 30 or 60 days, at which time full payment is due. If payment is not made in full within 30 or 60 days, we will put the animal back up for sale and you forfeit your deposit. Under no circumstances are deposits refundable. Animals will not be shipped until paid in full.  We will send you an invoice of $100 or $200 as the down payment towards the balance.
